The list of jobs which handymen can do is extensive, and varies from easy-to-learn tasks which take little time such as changing a light bulb, to extensive handyman jobs which require multiple steps, such as kitchen remodeling. Here is a partial list of Handyman Jobs. Obviously no handyman could be capable of doing all these jobs so it is important when you have jobs that need done that you ask what jobs they can do. I might be handy at fixing my own car but I am not an auto mechanic so you would not ask me to fix your car, you want a mechanic who knows what he is doing.
Most Handymen work alone so the person you talk to on the phone is the person who will be coming to your home to do your handyman jobs. If you have jobs that require more than one person or multiple trades then you need a general contractor.
